A Qoctor Service credit can be redeemed against a single future service. It is only valid for the type of consultation specified- i.e. it can not be transferred to other consultation types. Expiry is 6 months from the date of issue. A service credit can not be applied to a single same day medical certificate. Qoctor service credits can not be used in conjunction with other coupons, special offers or discounts. If, for any reason, a refund/cancellation is required for the order with which the service credit was purchased, the service credit will be refunded in full at the same time as the order, and the service credit voided.
