Rhinocort spray

Rhinocort is a steroid nasal spray used to treat hay fever/ allergic rhinitis- it may take a few weeks to work
At first, take 2 sprays into each nostril in the morning (or 1 spray into each nostril morning & evening), for as long as required
If symptoms improve it may be possible to reduce the dose to 1 spray into each nostril once a day
