Qoctor recognises the incredible work that the paramedics of Australia do 24 hours a day, 7 days a week saving lives. Due to the nature of the work it is not always easy to access mainstream General Practice services especially when you need to.
That is why we are proud to announce the partnership between Qoctor and the Australian Paramedics Association of QLD to help support our hard working fellow health professionals.
1. Qoctor and the Australian Paramedics Association of QLD have agreed to give a membership discount of 10% on the booking of an online consultation for medical certificates and carer's certificates to all of its members.
2. The 10% membership discount is applied to your profile when you register using your union member code.
3. Each member code is unique and will be confirmed with APA QLD and therefore cannot be used by any third party.
4. Participation in this program is without additional charge and only available to members subject to these terms and conditions.
5. We may terminate your participation in the program at any time if you :-
- Fail to comply with these terms and conditions
- Supply any misleading information or make any misrepresentations to us or to any other partner in connection with the agreement.
- Abuse any privilege accorded to you under the agreement.
- Cease to become a member of APA QLD.
6. Once you have registered, the agreed discount will be applied automatically should you require a consultation or service from qoctor (including medical certificate, carer's certificate, prescriptions and referrals) and does not require you to enter your union member code each time.
7. If you have previously registered with qoctor please email us at info@qoctor.com.au with your name, DOB, mobile number and your union member code and we will apply it manually to your profile. All future eligible purchases will then have the same discount automatically applied.
