How Qoctor works – Medication and Prescriptions
If it’s your first time using Qoctor’s online doctor, here’s a quick guide to the process:
First, choose the service you think you require. You will be asked to answer a few questions about your health via an online questionnaire, followed by a telehealth consultation (a phone or video consult). The doctor will review your information and discuss any appropriate treatment options with you.
If a prescription is issued, there are several delivery options available. Most people opt to have their prescription sent to their phone as an eScript. It can also be sent electronically to a pharmacy. It is also possible to get a paper prescription posted to you. And for some medications, there is an option to get your medications delivered. All treatment and advice is issued subject to your consultation and doctor’s assessment.
